I love this. But I gotta say, Centipede being my favorite character in the movie, I was very disappointed to see why he's dressed in all black 😭... I mean don't get me wrong, the acting is amazing, he's super funny. But, I literally thought he was the onceler. He doesn't wear black in the movie, why is he wearing black in this?

I just watched this musical today and with this scene the set designers got really creative for what toad would be sledding on and how it would actually make it look like they were sledding

My schools trying to plan our first EVER musical, and they’re thinking about doing James and the Giant Peach next year for a spring musical!! I’m hoping and praying it’ll happen, and my dream role is centipede!! If it happens or if it doesn’t, I’ll report back, but other than that, OH MY SPONGE’S WHIPPED CREAM THIS WAS THE BEST PRODUCTION OF THE SHOW IVE EVER SEEN!! ❤

I’ve been delving a lot more into different versions of this story (book, film, stage show) and I’m always fascinated by the characterization of the Centipede. It’s never quite the same. My favorite remains the movie version, but I do like how this version remembers that he is a PREDATORY species and makes him more of an outlier.

I almost cried. I play the spider for my school and i was watching this with my mom. I dont wanna dance with L! ( thats his inital, he plays earthworm) i love my role sm but i rlly dont wanna dance with him 😿 tho, my favorite line is definitely "Come and get it seagull! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!! " or my line, "He'll give you double the pleasure twice the snack! " its weird, but i love this song sm its hilarious. 🤣

This musical is the dumbest shit I’ve ever experienced watching. Whoever wrote it must be a real nerd.

This is literally the worst performance of James and the giant peach. I am in James and the giant peach and this just isn’t good in anyway. There is literally no ensemble, no emotion and in property of spiker and sponge James is LITERALLY LAYING THERE NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD WHEN SPONGE IS STEPPING ON HIM!!!!
